Anglistikos akademija is designed for students in grades 8–12 who are interested in English language, literature, culture, and creative writing.

We invite you to join our educational and scholarly activities, where we’ll introduce you to the field of English philology—what it is, why it matters today, and how it remains relevant in a world where English is a lingua franca. Our program features sessions led by lecturers and students, including opportunities to try your hand at creative writing, literary analysis, and cultural discussion.

We’ll explore why deepening your knowledge of English is more important than ever in the age of artificial intelligence, where machines increasingly perform many of our cognitive tasks. In such a world, human creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to express ideas—especially through language and storytelling—are essential skills with lasting value.
