On June 13, 2025, students from Vilnius Žemyna Progymnasium participated in an event organized by Anglistikos akademija, which brought together students for engaging sessions on English language, culture, and communication.

Giedrė Balčytytė invited participants to reflect on the connection between language and music in her talk “How Much Music Is There in Language?”, while Deividas Zibalas introduced students to British culture and society in his session “British Culture and Society: So, Who Are the British?”.

In the workshop “Mastering Persuasion through Language and Debate”, students developed their persuasive speaking skills. The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of the English language and explore its cultural and communicative dimensions.
